About Seller Synapse
Seller Synapse started after years of living inside Amazon agency operations firsthand. Nick Hodge and Aaron Ferrell spent about nine years running Seller's Arena, managing more than 50 client accounts and dealing with the same bottlenecks most agencies still fight today.
Too much manual reporting. Too many disconnected tools. Too much repeated context. Too much time spent keeping operations moving instead of building something that scales cleanly.
That experience is what led to Seller Synapse. The company was built to help Amazon agencies run leaner and operate with better systems, and CortexIQ is a product extension of that same operating background.

Aaron is Co-Founder and CEO, leading technical development and product execution. Before building CortexIQ, he co-founded Seller's Arena alongside Nick and spent years inside Amazon agency operations firsthand. With a background in IT, he brings both technical depth and operator context to the systems, architecture, and product buildout behind CortexIQ.
