These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SellerSynapse’s website, consultations, and automation services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Services Description

SellerSynapse provides operational assessments, automation strategy development, and implementation support for Amazon agencies and brands. Engagement details such as scope, deliverables, pricing, and scheduling are defined in individual service agreements.

User Responsibilities

By working with SellerSynapse, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information during consultations and onboarding
• Use our Services for lawful business purposes only
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials we provide
• Respect our intellectual property and proprietary materials

Discovery Calls and Assessments

Free discovery calls are offered for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to decline any consultation request, limit the number of assessments provided, or end a call if conduct is inappropriate.

Payment Terms

Paid engagements are governed by written service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due as specified in your agreement and may be subject to late charges. Prices and service offerings may change with notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials we provide remain the property of SellerSynapse. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer our proprietary assets without written permission. Marketing assets, case studies, and testimonials may only be used with consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSynapse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our cumulative liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Services giving rise to a claim.

Disclaimer

We provide strategic and technical guidance based on historical experience and industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, or performance outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement pursuant to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (such as confidentiality and intellectual property provisions) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
